How to change dictionary language in Safari?

hi everyone,

i'm new mac , bought macbook, still excited it! learn german, i've set language english appreciate dictionary feature (control+command+d) give definition of german words, not english words. how can change in safari/elsewhere?

me lot, in advance!

 

in other words, cmd+ctrl+d works words in english, how can apply words in german instead?
