Getting Lion Install Disk from a new MBP

i found post create mac os x lion disk when purchased app store (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1189888&highlight=lion+install+disks). however, discussion not explain how new mac lion installed.

know if possible mac os x install disk new mbp comes lion installed?
