Finder Preview no longer displays dimensions or length of media files

so lately i've noticed preview in finder no longer displays dimensions or length of media files quicktime movies, mp3s, aiffs, etc. don't know why it's not. idea on great, it's kinda annoying.

and that, after weeks, it's normal. guess had post here , have macrumors gods work.
