Old Air on Find My iPhone?

so sold 2011 air , erased still seem having problem.

went on icloud other day , though deleted air it's showing "christina's macbook air" , don't that's it's somehow still linked icloud account.

removed device on icloud , on apple products.

how permanently delete this?
don't want somehow have access iphone/imac (since they're linked too.)

 

well, need apple id credential find mac.
