Worth it or not?

have been googling quite lot have gotten no straight answer due lot of reasons.

have powerbook 6,2 12" 768 in ram portable notebook. i've been thinking investing in new one, 1 still works. or well.

old harddrive 5400 rpm, have 7200rpm, used able run hd material without problem in leopard.

has gone real bad guess, youtube stutters , many other apps real slow.

have been considering upgrading hardrive ata ssd macsales, 40gigabyte.

asking myself, see performance difference? or mess battery life? , if possible, can run tiger on it?

you can upgrade ram 1.25 gb ram (768 mb ram minimum leopard) , can run mac os x 10.3 panther, mac os x 10.4 tiger , mac os x 10.5 leopard on it, came 10.2.7.
ssd see performance difference, mac reacts faster user input, needs access storage device, , random access hdd much, much, slower random access ssd, improvement.

youtube uses flash display videos , flash not supporting older hardware architectures, yt stutters. either can use clicktoflash or html5 beta of yt watch yt content or have @ mactubes.
