App to restrict access to the computer to time intervals?

hi everyone,

i need external program restricts access computer times of day parental controls do, under admin account. i'll explain this:

i'm using internet filter software schedule access internet times of day , filter adult content , ads.

in addittion this, restrict access computer (not internet) time of night (to prevent myself staying late working or watching films can go bed early).

tried set user account using parental controls, has exact great feature, though wasn´t filtering content using pc (i used external app) wasn´t able access secure websites (e.g. gmail) admin account.

is there program limits access computer times of day under admin account? ideally, should lock screen during specified time intervals , require password unlock.
