Why does hide disappear as an option?

hi,

when hiding(command+h) multiple apps, down last 1 , option hide via menu or keyboard shortcuts disappears?

 

that correct, because there nothing left hide, else hidden.

let's have 3 applications open, finder, safari , mail.
hide mail , safari. finder visible application. when want hide finder, application should visible then? safari or mail? if have many finder windows open, can use spaces or exposé > show desktop command or close windows cmd+option+w.
