hi everyone, wondering if computer. problem started week or 2 ago (i didn't notice until today) iphone , ipad not syncing computer ( last time iphone synced march 8th) today thinking why not restart computer because might fix it, went apple menu , hit restart screen turned black , said check connection, turns out mini's power light had not turned off held down power button turn off hit again turn on greeted white screen (no wheel or apple logo) sit there. far have restarted several times, reset pram , tried booting safe mode no avail, white screen stays there. have 2009 mac mini 2ghz core 2 duo 160hd , 8gbs of ram installed myself year ago, have several external hard drives , (luckly) time machine backups.
do have install dvd? can boot that?
