1U server, or Mac Mini?

i need buy light-weight server our network. it's going run windows, , act host accounting system (qb + inventory system).

buy 1u existing rack, , i'm open anyone's suggestions on favourites in area - doesn't sound 747 great.

one-gen old mac mini server running windows?
