Transfer texts from computer to iphone

okay have iphone 4s , went apple store , theres apparently wrong software because has 3gs data , iphone 4s data combined randomly shuts off , has crashes. anyways told me complete wipe , set iphone new one. know how save music, photos, apps whatever, how can transfer sms texts computer iphone. have diskaid have texts saved on comp how transfer them onto iphone itself??? thank response
