Tips on switching account from one iPad to the new iPad


tried searching guide, might have missed it. suggestions on changing account 1 ipad new ipad? have att 3g account now, , want keep new ipad. change sim card?
 

at&t posted , information page last go-around instructing change imei , iccid addresses along adding account information new ipad. page seems down suspect they'll have revised 1 next week.
