for second time. except superficial damage, nothing harmed first time macbook had drop. accidentally dropped again , seems damage more serious. screen had on when dropped got stuck. cursor isn't budging no matter how hard rubbed trackpad. tried switching off, nothing happened. screen won't react , i'm freaking out. last resort make visit mac store. before that, perhaps of have had similar experience want share?
sounds never powered off (nothing can remain on screen once power removed). hold down power button ~15 seconds. if doesn't have integrated battery, can remove battery , unplug power cord. try starting again. may have frozen. drop can kill hard drive, though, sudden motion sensor built-in, , damage other components. take in service if continues have problems.
