Set up iphone as new without unjailbreaking it?

i purchased used, jailbroken, , unlocked iphone 4 use internationally foreign sim card.
however, when plug computer shows name of previous owner.
how set new phone can put apps , music on it, without unjailbreaking , relocking it, defeat purpose of me buying it?

when sync computer can choose apps , music want sync without having setup new. change name settings>general>about>name , change name of phone.
