Photo zooming gone crazy!

i've noticed on new ipad 3, , not happen on iphone 4.

experiencing when double tap photo in photos app zoom, zoom in far much? me must zoom in 100x! don't know if ios 5.1 or ipad 3 issue. anyone?

 

if double tap zoom, spread thumb , forefinger on screen zoom whatever level want. double tap shortcut.
