My ipad 3 feels used

hey guys,

walked walmart morning , saw ipad 3 in stock happily bought 16 gb black one.

@ 7 am. came come, unboxed , noticed few scratches on did not let me in hurry work.

came , , noticed few scracthes on back, small significant scrape on aluminium on front side , blemishes on screen used it.

i'm not crazy , i'm sure of inspect , marvel @ how beautiful apple purchases are... find scratches , chip on front enraged me. 1 year old macbook pro not have single scratch on it!

if bothers you, take walmart , explain position. tell them what's going on, , out. if don't care (too many big box retailers don't), take apple , tell them tale of woe. apple store folks more sympathetic plights such this.

though, had ipad new replaced @ apple store because had dirt embedded in white plastic around edges of glass , had several dead spots on screen. lemons come around, , it's companies seem legitimately concerned them. apple is, in general, 1 of companies.
