Itunes Match account is empty, 6.8k songs gone?

why of match songs disappear?
i'm logged itunes store, match turned on, mbp authorized.

title says....all of 6.8k songs no longer showing in itunes onmy macbook pro when connected 'net.

also, itunes no long sees external drive itunes library located on so
itunes empty.
cause this?

i'm stumped.
24 hrs. ago fine.
it's not.

mbp w/lion & latest itunes build.

please if can because cannot find answer anywhere.
