iPhone 4: Dead Pixel?

hi, noticed today iphone had white pixel on screen not go away. tiny , saw during iphone boot process. wondering if possible remove it? aware of dead pixel remover applications, i'm not sure if work problem.

i don't know fix phone's defect, if phone under warranty, apple should replace if there dead pixel.
