CPU Usage off

i've noticed unsure whether it's normal, or if it's need concerned about. 1 application (retickr) using around 100% cpu, more @ times, yet @ bottom of activity monitor cpu usage letting me know <70% of cpu idle.

first, change "my processes" @ top "all processes". reveal that's running on system in addition apps launch. also, cpu utilization maximum of 100% per core. on dual core system, can go 200%; on quad-core, 400%.
