so walked apple store after media event today , picked $100 off ipad 2. bought applecare. got home , opened ipad find 5 nicks in aluminum back. super frustrating. else have type of issue? poor quality control or reselling returned ipads new? also, having difficulty figuring out covered $79 applecare bought. accidental damage covered?

$79 applecare doesn't protect against accidental damage. new $99 applecare+ announced today ipad gives 2 allowances accidental damange $49 replacement fee each time.
