Upgrading to Lion with Boot Camp

what's best way me upgrade sl lion along boot camp partition windows 7? 2009 mbp has sl , has boot camp partition windows 7 , secondary mac hd partition. work:

1. back-up through time machine under sl
2. erase boot camp , secondary partition restore primary hd take whole drive
3. clean install lion
4. restore time machine back-up
5. create new boot camp partition , reinstall windows 7

appreciated. thanks!

 

why can't update lion? doesn't affect bootcamp.
