Trying to say Goodbye to Google

im trying (for part) stop using google services.
partly because of t&cs, think becoming bit big boots.

have number of computers, mac, ios , 1 windows pc
use icloud calendars, contacts
have own domain, webstorage , imap email
have switch browsers using google bing search
use dropbox, facebook (which im thinking of ditching) , twitter.

have 2 issues though:
online video - youtube still used , has content.
online documents - have documents local save one, spreadsheet, shared amongst number of people.

question is:
has dropped google other services, stopped using tube else, there alternative google docs can migrate shared document with.
or
can not done, , web (and peoples lives) controlled google?

 

think how solving problem. you're switching 1 data mongerer (google) (apple). net effect zero.
