Safari vs Google's YouTube, Gmail

in last week or safari going crazy. frustrating , dont know problem be... know wouldnt switch other browsers , still use safari. much...
have 1 year old mac book pro 2.3 ghz intel core i7 8gb memory
mac os x version 10.7.3
safari 5.1.4

/ happening.
firstly couldn't see of emails in gmail mailbox. see emails if go old look. wanted have new gmail wondering do. @ same time in youtube ever button pressed nothing happened. if pressed videos button see more videos user nothing opened. if pressed show more button more info on video nothing happened. googled little see if else has problem , somewhere written uncheck "open in 32bit" box , did that. , there progress. though still know why need , difference if opening safari in 32bit or not opening in 32bit... anyway @ least see emails in inbox on gmail , when pressed youtube buttons stuff worked. still youtube doesnt work way suppose work. when open videos - of videos have huge problems slider timeline scrolling option (i dont know if right name it). anyway slider doesnt work @ all. video loading , playing @ same time , @ 1 moment slider stops or jumps @ beginning while video still playing. , cant jump anywhere on slider. video plays till end, cant pause , when comes end cant play again... need reload. once again. slider stops , loading trace disappears video plays on... , have no control on - can not jump in time can not go beginning - can either watch video or reload page...

plus safari keeps on reloading after time. can total pain in ass when write long reply on facebook or write new thread on macfumours :) , reloads , writing lost forever. again frustrating.

else have same problems , should retarded safari. fix these problems fixing them?
