Rendering(?) problem when browsing, Chrome's fault?


hello everyone,

have macbook pro 13'', mid-2010 model , began noticing annoying. seems when i'm browsing chrome , scroll web page there's chance page start looking this:

don't know blame: people refer graphics card problem while others chrome one.

please help. :(

person has same problem reports happened when using xcode. it's not chrome-exclusive issue.
 

pretty sure it's chrome problem... perhaps in collaboration gpu. same issue - though not bad , - when using chrome in windows xp or osx. happens when alt+tabbing or command+tabbing - desktop - chrome, right? or program chrome. there's distorted mixing of whatever behind or switched from.
