Proview Willing to Discuss Settlement with Apple in iPad Trademark Case

afp reports proview technology has expressed willingness work toward settlement apple in "ipad" trademark dispute in china, company continues press forward current lawsuits , plans new ones seeking as $2 billion in damages.

"we preparing negotiations," proview's lawyer, xie xianghui, told afp. "the court cases continue until reach agreement."
