Only one tab freezes and rest of tabs works fine...

hi, new mac appreciate help.

writing online assignment on school website. while typing screen froze , won't let me type or scroll anymore. other tabs working fine. there way can solve without closing tab? (since theres hw , didn't save it. ) cursing mac freezing important hw working on hours....

please me!!
