How can I stop the sidebar pictures file from saving what I view?

i have been getting rid of lot of old pics botched photoshop attempts clear space. deleted pics did secure trash empty pics still in "search - today, last week, images" in finder on side bar. click on , picture comes if never deleted it.

select , delete other pictures have viewed want keep in there , if delete pic there deletes folder keep in.

there way turn off search images option in finder?
