Has anyone else had Logitech mouse issues like this?

i have month old wireless logitech performance mouse died yesterday. 3 red lights on stay lit , cursor jump on screen. tried charging up, putting in new battery, , took bluetooth receiver out , tried in computer same results.

has run problem , fixed it, or time new mouse?
