Digital Guitar Amp And Effects


this repost of question posted earlier, im not sure if there has been miscommunication trying figure out 2 things digital guitar amps , effects can use in garageband such ones in picture attached...

know...

1. how computer able produce sounds these amps , effects make?

2. how software companies such apple , line 6 able produce guitar amps , effects digitally , still making them sound real life counter parts such marshall amp, vox amp or boss delay pedal? in more simple format how guitar amps , guitar effects real made digital software amps , effects such 1 pictured below?
