AT&T LTE in Washington, D.C.?

hi - surprised see no line , plenty of stock @ clarendon apple store in virginia morning, picked 32gb white at&t model. at&t's lte coverage map says arlington , dc should covered lte.

@ home in arlington, have no lte, "4g". got work in downtown washington, , no lte. signed data plan thinking might activate , still nothing. else having problem? if can't lte, i'll exchange verizon model. thanks.

maybe ipad not indicate when it's on lte.
