Arranging iOS app icons on your Mac?

i'm looking mac application can make easier arrange app icons on iphone , ipad. when have many pages of apps, doing on device or in itunes becomes difficult. able see @ least 10 iphone pages @ same on mac display , drag , drop between pages. found app called 'movement' seems work jailbroken iphone.

 

you can't outside of itunes on non-jailbroken phones.
