i bought "intenso 6002510 320gb 2.5 inch external hard disk drive" amazon (after reading reviews) , i've had trouble running on 2011 macbook pro (lion). can help.
i've read through numerous forum posts on devices not being recognised, nothing that's helped far.
drive displayed normal first few days had it, it's stopped recognising on both desktop , on disk utility.
i've tried drive on pc laptop , shows fine. power/use light comes on when plugged both laptops, there looks nothing wrong actual drive.
know of reason why happening? really, appreciated.
i'll take stab in dark , suggest lack of power drive might cause.
