Cant restore iPhone baseband, help please :/

i restored iphone version 5.0.1, after tried unlock installing ipad baseband ...my iphone crashed , restored again, , @ end of restoration itunes gave error (-1), turn on , asked choose language, country, , asked activate service location chose yes, , after asked connect itunes, connect , turned off automatically
wireless , bluetooth not work, , not detect sim card
after jailbreak skip activation,i open settings see firmware, , havent firmware.

fixable? need

 

if ipad baseband installed ****ed youll need create custom firmware,never install ipad baseband unless know means , can can never update stock firmware , gps buggy if works @ all,if need pm me
