whenever upload youtube (or facebook matter) system re-processes video garbage... grainy, blocky, choppy motion. video kept in ntsc (29.97) recording through export. looks beautiful when exported , played in vlc.
tips on how prevent this? if upload particular standard or fix settings in youtube, skip re-processing uploads?
not really. youtube uses h.264 codec, if upload how want (bitrate , everything), re-encode in automated process.
have site of better quality video, think won't news you, if judge correctly post: youtube support site
have not had such bad experiences though. of course, video suffers in quality (especially color grading), becomes pretty acceptable when switch youtube's hd-version, since have pretty bitrate. of course, 360p version crap... in 1080p, it's okay (vlc worse quicktime in playback, way).
think, vimeo has better encoders , looks nicer, far remember, have resolution limit of 720p, might enough you...
