Yoobao Executive with Zagg LeatherSkin?

i have zagg leatherskin on ipad 1 , have original (version 1) of yoobao executive. before had skin on yoobao loose , ipad slip out, skin it's perfect.

has tried leatherskin/yoobao combination on ipad 2? design of yoobao ipad 2 different it's tight enough naked ipad (but maybe not tight leatherskin).

i'm hoping if works ipad 2 work new ipad.
