Will iTunes in the cloud work with a networked drive?

i'm wanting put large (650 gigs) music library on networked drive, , access various macs , ios devices around house. able use itunes in cloud , itunes match etc., that, or have directly connected imac running lion?

 

fixed couple of typos. meant work itunes in cloud, itunes match etc...?

have idea if can work? anyybody doing it?
