VM Fusion Won't Open After Upgrading To Lion

hi friends,

since upgrading lion vm fusion 2 won't open. i've searched on , tried found still no success.

on vm ware's forums uninstall , reinstall. tried , when re-installed product key no , bought vm ware new originally.

thing read possibly buy updated version , install.

i'm afraid of losing of files , programs on microsoft virtual machine. business. can live without them, yes. shouldn't have to.

if has @ i'd appreciate ideas.

contact vmware regarding serial number. should able on that. if don't have serial number goes demo mode , gives 30 days try out.

might because version 2 old there's incompatibility lion. i'm not sure because i'm running 4 (and ran 3 ok on lion if memory serves me correctly)
