Time Machine lost my critical file

i started use time machine on 2012-02-16 (this first backup date on backup disk) in lion 10.7.3. in user folder, working critical txt file (projects.txt) 2 months. backup disk never disconnected system. when opened mac morning, saw file changed on internal disk , backup dated folders in backup disk itself. on both of side (internal , backup disk) projects.txt files old version copy (modified on 2012-02-02). backup folders , original location have same file (12/02/02 version).

lose mind. critical file. tried recover photorec , wondershare data recovery backup disk , internal hard disk. found nothing. how can recover file? have to. have trusted apple , time machine. happened mistake me. i'm waiting help.
