i've been running lion (10.7.2) on macbook air i've had since october, 2011. print statements brokerage each month online. october , november printed fine, december did not. according brokerage's web team, haven't changed anything, other mac users have reported same problem. maintain it's apple problem...
in past, clicked on web site's monthly statement link, , if recall correctly, adobe reader window started up. clicked on printer icon, , printed. now, when click on link, new window opens, there no icons , no indication of adobe or whatever. 5 or 6 pages of monthly statement appear in unnamed window, window has no icons @ all, let alone printer icon. program bar @ top of screen still shows “safari,” file doesn't list print. has called “print largest frame.” prints first page of statement , part of 2nd on 1 sheet.
based on thread in macrumors forums, deleted adobe plugin (and adobe app), rebooted, , … had same problem.
ideas?
