many others faithfully bought godaddy hosting while ago in faith money reasonable quality of hosting, bought expensive shared hosting package offer advertised fast, , powerful, how wrong be, how wrong be! bought cloud hosting meaning loads website should spread out on multiple servers stop site being slow, first site load speed god damn awful, servers hardly handle 1 user loading wordpress php file , took around 10 seconds display page, naturally put down being new site , continued bare speed.
came installing ssl certificate, filled in details needed , said installed within next 72 hours, patiently waited , @ 48 hours see there no sign of changes, called them advise them of this, 'no sir, can assure done within 72 hours'. 72 hours later still nothing. began impatient cannot use hosting control panel when certificate being installed, called them , assured installed within next 2 hours, waited further 12 hours , called them again, told have wait 72 hours crap customer support.
after installed thought on wanted hosting, website. made website , still noticed slowest loading speeds in world, users complaining @ how slow , waiting 10+ seconds begin loading site. thought 'hey! no problem can use award winning support advertise'. sent in message , sent in ticket explaining how nothing site , servers, back? automated response. evident did not read ticket , sent automated response tips on how speed website, sent in more , more tickets , did same thing, send automated responses , in end try , blame on site saying 'php intensive'.
wouldn't mind if had loads of users, when person on site experience awful loading times, faster other times should not happen on called 'cloud hosing'.
beg of not use godaddy, never had of these problems hosts such 1and1, before suggest it's internet connection can assure not, other sites loads lightning fast , mine consistently slow. putting through cloud flare try , squeeze speed out before contract up, please not use them.
godaddy, not reply message, have seen respond these before claiming abnormal thing should not happeneing , never happen, can stick pr posts sun not shine, i've had enough of you, you've robbed me.
