New Touch Charges Intermittently...

new touch charges bit , stops along @ times displays "charging not supported accessory". tried on 4 chargers , 3 cables(all of charge iphone , others fine). hard reset, restore new, same problem. heard of issue? guessing hardware.

 

my cousin had same problem. hardware problem.
