New iPad's battery – what does it mean for the next MB Air?

so seems apple has had major breakthrough in battery tech. since i'm assuming next mb air won't have retina display, if used new battery, couldn't looking @ 10+ hours of use on 11" model?

 

i think major breakthrough increased size 25 42.5?
