My iMac has gone crazy! Help! Kernel Panic?

i have older imac g5, , when boot kinds of crazy text covers screen, heres final 3 lines:

kernel version:
darwin kernel version 8.11.0: wed oct 10 18:26:00 pdt 2007; root:xnu-792.24.17~1/release_ppc
panic: hanging here...

in world mean? there anyway can fix problem? don't care if had reformat entire thing! in advance!

 

i'd guess either memory bad or know power supplies in these older imac g5's can have issues i'm not sure if case kernel panics this.

i'd wager on either bad memory or bad hard drive.
