Mac Pro 1,1 64-bit EFI Question

i've read through forums , found seemed conflicting answers regarding topic; therefore, if has answered in past, apologize.

mac pro 1,1, 2x dual core xeons, 8gb ram, 7300gt.

flash onboard efi 64-bit. reports seem indicate possible , cause mac pro identify 2,1, while others efi cannot flashed @ all.

ultimately, put 2 quad core xeons in place of duals.

possible upgrade 64-bit efi?

in advance.

 

from understand, flash make machine recognized 2,1 not give 64-bit efi.
