iphone4s if i turn off and turn on the phone calls and messages freezes (usim 3)

i have bought iphone 4s.
if turn off night, , turn on day happen:

1) screen seems calling can't hear ring, call arrives , if answer doesn' hear anything, , can't hear too
2) if click on terminate call, screen remain freezed (button red becames grayed nothing happens)
3) if send message, message remain blocked @ 90%, message arrives, hte phone says impossible send
4) if send me message, doesnt arrive
5) if call me, not hear sound , nothing visible happens on iphone, call me says line free

tyied with:
1) change sim card
2) repetly shutdown , restart
3) call callcenter
4) change phone!!!!!!!

mail after make many tryes of restoration , last was:

5) plug usb, restore iphone, no backup, configured new iphone. no plug usb anymore
6) not installed anything
7) without address book
8) no wireless configuration

problem persists...
thing can restoration itunes.......

has idea?
there way obtain log or sending apple issue?
