iphone is giving me issues,should I wipe?

when use spotlight or whatever called,sometimes wont work , have turn phone on , off,i having issues double noise when getting texts..ect,little things.

should restore iphone , use backup? phone how backup is?not trying re config everything.

 

do backup, restore iphone.
once restore complete, itunes prompt set new or restore backup - choose restore backup.
