iPhone 4S 5.0.1 Need to Preserve Jailbreak

have 4s 5.0.1 jailbroken , have sold phone. sold jailbroken, have realized have problem ahead in preserving jailbreak. have read things panicroom, not seem option. read seems problem 4s or 5.0.1. there can or best thing preserve jailbreak, clean off information.
