How to diagnose CPU usage for a particular process

i having hard time trying find information problem. in euroland using usb modem , data package mobile provider 3. program im using connect internet called telecom connection manager zte. process has been hovering around 95 cpu , ive noticed lag result -- since firefox jumps way there too.

if log telecom connection manager process can read , tell me going on?
