First iPad, transferring apps from iPhone4


this first time have 2 devices same apple id. when ipad, not want of iphone apps/music/movies transfer it, of them. how work?
 

you select apps/playlists/movies/tv shows transfer.

of done in itunes, iphone. or use iphone stand-alone?
