File Sharing Problem

hello, i'm having problem file sharing. have 2006 imac , 2007 macbook. can access files on macbook imac, cannot access files on imac macbook. able use screen sharing both computers. both connected through wifi , both running os x 10.6.8. i've attempted disable , enable file sharing on both computers no luck. if knows how can fix this, appreciative.

 

do have kind of firewall enabled on either system?
