Connecting to OSX from Windows 7?

hi,

i'm trying send files windows 7 desktop computer girlfriend's macbook, laptop, in 'network' section can't see laptop @ all? other active devices on network, not macbook

googling shows loads of articles enterring smb:// or such, doesn't seem windows side , have no idea how either, it's ip address , port or something?

 

is file sharing enabled on mac?

system preferences > sharing > file sharing​
